Nottingham Forest’s Academy are seeking to employ a Head of Coach Development to:
Establish a sustainable system and approach to coach development within the Academy.
Develop coaches so that they improve and perform to the best of their potential and are consequently able to maximise the potential of the players that they work with.
Performance manage the day-to-day performance of Lead Phase Coaches.

Key responsibilities
Providing a clear, up-to-date Training needs analysis (TNA) of every individual coach’s current and required level of performance
Observing coach performance and provide feedback to aid development
Ensuring every coach has a personalized Development Action Plan (DAP) that is tailored to meet their needs and which they buy-in to as a ‘living’ document
Providing 1:1 coaching to coaches in order to develop the coach’s skill
Ensuring the qualification status of the Club’s coaching workforce is assessed and ensure all coaches hold required qualifications for their role and age group and have a CPD plan to ensure licencing is up-to-date
Ensuring coaches understand how to work effectively in a MDT and can identify and believe in the benefits of doing so
The alignment of Coaching Curriculum with Playing and Coaching Philosophy
Ensuring the Academy’s Coaching Curriculum is consistently delivered in line with the Academy’s Playing Philosophy and Coaching Philosophy
Designing and implementing a Club Specific Coach Competency Framework (CCF) to monitor and evaluate coaches in order to develop DAPs and group coach development opportunities





Skills required 
HOCD must have experience of working in at least 3 of the following roles (more than one area may be covered in a single role):
A football coaching role
A people development role
A role which involves a significant amount of mentoring/coaching
A role which involves working in an elite learning and/or performance environment
A role which involves a significant amount of sport coaching in an elite learning and/or performance environment
A role which requires coach development in a high-performance environment
An education/pedagogy role

HOCD must have knowledge and/or experience of at least 3 of the following: 
The process of learning in coaches (andragogy)
The process of learning in young people (pedagogy)
Running and designing development programmes
Football (not necessarily as a coach/high level player)
Leading a team
Managing people
Psychology (Sports or other)

Desirable Experiences 
Playing football

Qualifications

Partnership Development Executive required from Liverpool FC

This role will be to support the Partnership Development Team in driving the process of securing new commercial partners for Liverpool FC.

Key accountabilities

- Have an appetite for sales and a desire to work closely with those in sales positions to deliver new partnership deals
- Willingness to perform sales functions in order to generate leads for sales people i.e. coldcalling, writing emails
- Own and shape our strategic approach to the market - taking the lead on prospect/category/regional prioritisation to align with market trends.
- Collaborate with the Head of Global Partnership Sales/Commercial Director to develop new sponsorship property packages where appropriate.
- Ownership of producing specific sales propositions where an additional layer of strategy/complexity is needed to articulate the pitch.
-Accountable for reviewing and delivery of all relevant business and sponsorship media to ensure awareness of in-market activity and trends in order to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Coach and mentor Partnership Co-ordinators on the production of all sales collateral by to ensure that best-in-class propositions (outreach marketing/presentations/proposals) are being put out in market.
- Attend meetings to support sales pitches on an ad hoc basis, where deemed appropriate by the Head of Global Partnership Sales.
- Attend industry/networking events to gain insight in to in-territory commercial opportunities and build network.





Skills required 

The successful candidate will be well focused, able to manage a number of important tasks at one time, as well as having the ability to interpret data and information.
The person will be a problem solver, will be willing to push boundaries and will be desired to have good presentation skills. The person will also be creative,brand and research literate.
Adaptability,flexibility and ability to respond in a pressurised, high profile environment will be key, as will being able to work independently and collaboratively with the wider team and other key stakeholders.

The team

The Commercial Partnerships Department consists of 3 groups; Partnership Development, Partnership Management and Partners Experience.
The Partnerships Executive role sits within the Partnership Management group and supports and looks after the Club's key accounts particularly focussed on delivering launch events, player appearances,match-day activities and global marketing activations.
This person will beworking at our London office within the Partnerships department.
This is a permanent contract working 35 hours per week. This role will be based in London.

The Head of Coaching will be accountable for all coach development within the structure and will have the ability to design and implement Academy Performance Plans (APP) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for all coaches.

The Head of Coaching will have strong communication skills to enable them to build relationships throughout the Academy and broader Club. The Head of Coaching will build relationships with the coaches ensuring that they understand how to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team (MDT).

It is a fundamental part of the role of Head of Coaching to ensure the Academy’s Coaching Curriculum is consistently delivered in line with the Academy’s Playing and Coaching Philosophy.





Swansea City AFC is looking for a motivated individual who has a passion for working with coaches and is looking to take ownership of coach development within the Academy. The individual will need to be organised, methodical and have the ability to plan and structure the department.

The Senior Partnerships Manager will have a proven track record in managing multiple marketing, advertising or PR client relationships and activating campaigns across the full suite of marketing platforms and digital media - in other words, you will be a fully rounded senior account manager who can provide strong account management to a portfolio of partners. 
You will be able to develop creative ideas and plans to ensure partners deliver their brand KPI's and marketing objectives. The role requires an excellent communicator, able to forge strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including senior executives and the ability to workin multi-cultural environments across multiple time-zones. The role requires regular travel to the region.







To be successful in this role you will need to have an understanding of brand dynamics and market trends and possess excellent commercial awareness that can be translated into compelling campaigns across multiple territories and platforms to maximise results for our partners and the Club. You'll have excellent attention to detail and an ability to produce and interpret reports and compelling case studies to demonstrate ROI..

Skill required 

The successful candidate must beself-motivated, enthusiastic and personable who can not only meet and exceed partner expectations, but also work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines.
You will need to demonstrate solid account management experience gained while working in brand or sports marketing, within either the sports or media industries, preferably with a rights holder or agency.
You will have experience of managing a team and an ability to engage, develop and encourage staff, and create a strong team dynamic.
You will have an excellent level of business acumen, with a strong grasp of figures and the ability to produce accurate reports. This role will also call for someone with strong interpersonal skills and confidence, who can build strong working relationships with colleagues within the Club as well as with their partner contacts.  It will therefore be imperative for you to beable to demonstrate excellent communication and customer facing skills.
You will also need to be professional and credible, with an ability to present a professional, smart and confident image to partners when representing the Club.To be successful in this role you will need to be a highly organised individual with a structured approach to working and meeting deadlines. An ability to use your initiative, effectively problem solve and be able to prioritise an often conflicting workload will be essential. It will also be imperative for you to be able to deal with highly confidential information with absolute discretion andintegrity.
You should be IT literate with a good level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Demonstrable experience of Event Management in international markets is required.
